THE LATEST....

~Liz will be going on a 6 month hiatus from teaching her Monday night yoga
class as she focuses on her massage therapy training.  Classes will resume.  
   
~Two new classes with Liz! Coaching Services now available! New Performance Photos!
~Black Stone Ensemble has gone on a little hiatus but we'll be back!
~Since Liz tied the knot on 5/26/07, her last name has changed! Please
make note as she gets confused and forgets what her name is. New last name:
Filippone. Formerly known as:  Liz Saari.
